摘要

The conclusions of this study are summarized as follows: 1. Regarding bead-on-plate welding, the calculation results obtained by 3D solid and shell element T-E-P FEM are in good agreement. 2. If mesh size is less than 100mm, calculation results will not be affected greatly by mesh size 3. By simulation of a typical of large-scale hull double bottom structure, the feasibility of 3D shell element T-E-P FEM was verified.
