numerical simulations of shock-wave reflections from a wedge with surface roughness are performed using a two-dimensional finite-volume generalized- Riemann-problem (GRP) scheme. The numerical results are compared with shadowgraphs Obtained from shock-tube experiments, with excellent agreement.
