摘要

The result of one of the studies in which the particle transport algorithm implemented in the Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) code CFX-4.4 was validated against previously available theoretical results for a real impactor, was reported. In the present study, the previous simulation was repeated on the latest beta version of the software, CFX-5.6, and the results are presented.
