摘要

It was determined that the major component of the dose rate within the accelerator facility was due to photons. Even though the neutron contribution to dose rate was smaller than that of the photons, the neutron dose rates were significant and must be taken into account when computational models are used if doses are to be accurately evaluated. Irradiation of neutron producing materials will increase the neutron dose contribution within the vault, especially in the vicinity of the samples.
