Characterization of Plutonium-Contaminated Gloveboxes using a High-Range Alpha Ion Chamber

This summary provides a detailed overview of the process that was used to characterize six high-activity plutonium-contaminated gloveboxes in Building 332. Overall, this process had a positive impact on cost, schedule, and safety. After extensive document review by multiple, independent RHWM personnel, all IP-2 cargo containers were eventually certified and shipped to NNSS.
