AgfaPhoto wins trademark dispute

The International court of Arbitration has announced a decision in the Agfa-Gevaert and AgfaPhoto Holding trademark dispute. The dispute related to the use of AgfaPhoto', the court ruled that Agfa-Gevaert was not entitled to terminate the existing licensing agreement with AgfaPhot Holding. The ruling is final and therefore cannot go to an appeal.
