US fraud standard shifts again

In October's issue of Trademark World, Fish & Richardson provided an update on the standard for committing fraud on the US Patents & Trademarks Office. No sooner had the article been published, than the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit reversed course and announced a new standard for trademark fraud. The authors of the original article, Lisa Martens and Alex Garcia, provide a helpful update to the current situation on p19.
