PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acquisition method of the shift amount of a camera coordinate system to an efficient reference coordinate system, when measuring an object to be measured by optical cutting method, or the like.;SOLUTION: A reference workpiece 40 consisting of: a first planar part 43a which a normal line direction defines a z-axis; a second plane part 43b which defines x-axis, where intersection with the plane in which the first plane part 43a is formed orthogonal to the z-axis at right angles; a third planar part 43c, by which the intersection 43g is formed on a plane different from the plane where the plane is orthogonal to with the z-axis and where the first plane 43a is formed; and a fourth plane part 43d, is irradiated with a laser light. Based on point group data to be obtained, the shift amount of the coordinate system (camera coordinate system), defined in the shape measuring device with respect to the coordinate system (reference coordinate system) used as the reference, is detected.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
