Tommy wiseau is not, technically,rnfamous. Yet on a recent Friday outside New York City's Ziegfeld Theatre, he is greeted in a manner befitting an Us Weekly cover subject, with awestruck fans chanting his name and mobbing him for pictures. "This is the best night of my life," says one. The crowds are there for a midnight showing of Wiseau's unfathomably strange film The Room. It contains no goblins, devil cults or time-traveling transvestites.
