Angry mobs clashed with police in what's considered one of Africa's most stable countries after a court ruled that President Abdoulaye Wade, 85, could run for a third term, despite a two-term limit in Senegal's constitution, because the limit was added after his first term began in 2000. The court also barred three opposition candidates from running in the country's Feb. 26 elections, including music star Youssou N'Dour, who vowed to appeal.
