Not long ago, I indulged in one of my favorite (possibly nerdy) late-summer activities: attending a Renaissance fair with my family. As always, I was gobsmacked by the amazing costumes. From historically accurate to fantastical, they were all delightful. Who can resist the colors, the silhouettes, the textures, and most of all, the incredible embellishments?
