摘要

This paper emphasizes some practical aspects regarding orthogonal collocation techniques as used for model of arncyclic voltammetry experiment for a quasi-reversible electrode process with one-dimensional diffusion control. Therninfluence of model's parameters is underlined and their influence over simulation accuracy is discussed.rnThe main model's parameters taken into account are the number of collocation points and their distribution for variousrntypes of Jacobi orthogonal polynomials. The influence of the number of potential/time discretization points and thernlength of diffusion limit layer is also discussed.rnThe differences between explicit and implicit discretization and the importance of the method used for computing thernorthogonal constants are underlined.
