Negative capacitance circuit for forming voltage controlled oscillator, has two branches connected between two reference potentials, and linearizing resistor parallely connected between two emitter electrodes of bipolar transistors
The circuit has two branches connected between two reference potentials and respectively including two bias resistors (41, 46), two diodes (42, 47), collectors and emitters of two bipolar transistors (43, 48) in series. The transistor (43) has a base that is connected to the collector of the transistor (48) and to an input (in-). The transistor (48) has a base that is connected to the collector of the transistor (43) and to an input (in+). A capacitor (40) is connected between the emitters. A linearizing resistor (50) is parallely connected between two emitter electrodes of the transistors.
