摘要

We present herein the synthesis and characterization of new 24- and 36 membered cyclic peptides composed of alternating D- and L-α-amino acids. The macrocyclic peptides were synthesized directly on the solid support by 'head-to-tail' cyclization using Fmoc chemistry. All peptide products were purified by reversed-phase HPLC and characterized by mass spectrometry (ES1+-MS). Preliminary results concerning their ability to bind carboxylic acids small molecules are also presented.
