Hybrid Methods for Monitoring Atmospheric Pollution Caused by Radioactive Emissions from a Nuclear Power Station

Methods for the best estimates of the position of the plume from a nuclear power station are presented that account for all the measured data available in a system for monitoring the parameters of the emissions, the meteorological parameters, and the rate of the radiation dose developed by the plume.
