摘要

Experience by determination of Pb, Cd, and Cu in wine by anodic stripping voltammetry (ASV) and potentiometric stripping analysis (PSA) have been described. In the last two centuiries the copper concentration (about 0.25μg/mL) in wine not change significantly. In these time the cadmium concentration reduced from 4 ng/mL to 0.3 ng/mL and lead from 30μg/mL to 30 ng/mL. Anodic strippping Voltammetry was used for thallium and bismuth determinations. The concentrations found were 0.1-0.2 ng/mL for both elements. Platinum concentrations in wine determined by adsorptive stripping voltammetry were 0.5-1 pg/mL and not change in the last 50 years.
