Three years delayed delivery of the Boeing 787 has been first delivered to ANA 25'" September 2011. It is told that this epoch making event by long distance flight with low fuel consumption will change the management strategy of aircraft industry in the future. Every media in Japan reported more than 35 % of the aircraft body made of Japanese carbon fibre and its composite which contribute to open new area of aircraft business picture. Boeing will lift up the production of 787 by three times higher and Japanese parts suppliers will follow up their production system to this new climate to shift the industry from defence supply to civil aircraft business. Domestic production of Japanese civil air craft industry used to share 36 % in 2000 of which the balance was for defence aircraft industry.
