High speed MAP baggers lift production for KP Nuts

Ubuk-owned KP Nuts has installed two PFM Comet continuous motion bagging machines to increase production of its nut snacks in | modified atmosphere packs to 135 a minute. The new machines, which are capable of 180 bags a minute, replace older and slower equipment and were chosen after a four-week performance trial against competitive baggers.
