Belgian consumers have voted Honey Glazed BBQ Ribs as the winner of the latest flavour election from PepsiCo brand Lay's. With 80,041 votes in total, almost 43% of Belgian votes (34,074) went to Lay's Honey Glazed BBQ Ribs, which was dreamt up by Tim Peteghem. Not only will his idea be in the shops throughout 2014, but he also won €25,000 and 1% of sales of his Lay's Limited Edition 2014 Honey Glazed BBQ Ribs for up to a year Lay's also rewarded the efforts of the non-winning finalists, Sander Poppe (Cocktail Andaluz) and Pierre Abergel (New York Hotdog) with €5000 and €2000 respectively.
