In less than 30 months, Section Two of the Channel Tunnel Rail Link is due to open and Eurostars will begin running into the refurbished St Pancras terminal. In this issue, we examine the project and report on the astonishingly rapid progress made to date. This article forms a follow-up to our Section One story, published in early 2002.
