Arriva to run 158 DMUs to London

Arriva Trains Wales has submitted a formal proposal to the Office of Rail Regulation for a new direct train service between Aberystwyth and London Marylebone. Subject to approval by the ORR, the new service will begirt once the ERTMS signalling on the Cambrian is completed and will consist of two daily direct trains to and from Aberystwyth to London, formed of a Class 158 DMU.
