K1 returns to birthplace 100 years after first steaming

After appearing at the Manchester Museum of Science and Industry's August 14-16 'Great Garratt Gathering', the Welsh Highland Railway's Garratt Kl was taken to what remains of Gorton Works -100 years to the day after it was first steamed there followingrnconstruction. The ex-Beyer Peacock factory is now a council depot.
