The frames of a full-sized working replica of a Southwold Railway locomotive have been laid down in a workshop in Aldeburgh, Suffolk.rnThe £120,000 loco is being constructed as part of a move by the Southwold Railway Trust to reopen a section of the county's legendary 3ft gauge line, which closed in 1929.rnThe loco is a replica of Sharp Stewart 2-4-OT Blyth No. 3, the original of which was built in 1879.
