Two of Statesman Rail's regular charters are about to start and Peter Watkinson is testing a new railtour format this year to see if there is a new market available.rnThis is a brave move after a recession and should be applauded for trying something new to expand the potential number of passengers on charter trains.rnMr Watkinson told The RM that if this series of four trains is successful, then the programme will be expanded in 2011.
