Lastex-BR team sells out

DERBY-based Interfleet Technology has been sold to Canadian company SNC-Lavalin, meaning that not one of the privatised ex-BR companies now remains in the hands of its original management buy-out team. Interfleet specialises in rolling stock, railway systems and management and employs around 300 at its Pride Park headquarters. No jobs are believed to be at risk.
