Jacobite'steam back to run for 28th season

The 2011 'Jacobite'season, in its 28th year of operation, starts on May 16 and runs to October 28. The service covers the 84-mile round trip between Fort William and Mallaig on weekdays throughout the season, and at weekends from June 25 to August 28 inclusive. Initial locos to be used are LMS'Black Five'No.45231 The Sherwood Forester and LNER K4 No. 61994 The Great Marquess. The 2011'Shakespeare Express'season, meanwhile, runs from July 3 and then on every Sunday to September 11 inclusive, offering bargain fares.
