Rescued La Meuse to star at Maldegem steam festival

THIS year's Maldegem steam festival in Belgium on April 30-May 1 will see the return to steam of La Meuse 0-6-0TBeberf. This loco was rescued from scrap at the eleventh hour after its previous owner decided it had no future. The loco has had a complete rebuild over the last three years. Two special trains will run to Maldegem from Brussels, organised by the TSP/PFT group.
