Do the anti-HS2 campaigners really want a freight line running through the Chilterns?

Rumours abound that HS2 is going slow, with resistance from lory MPs in the Chilterns and from the Treasury. Some suggest that the lack of reference to HS2 legislation in the Queen's Speech in May confirms this 'delay'. However, there was never any intention or possibility of getting a Hybrid Bill ready for introduction in the next year; as far as I know, the target of autumn 2013 still stands.
