Victory going 'home' for festival

Four locomotives will be in steam for the April 8-9 Medway Festival of Steam &Transport at The Historic Dockyard, Chatham. In its 10th anniversary year, the event will carry a railway theme with a visiting loco, Richard and Tony Goulding's Colne Valley Railway-based Barclay 0-4-0ST 2199/1945 Victory, which will be making its first public appearance in steam following a three-year overhaul.
