Scottish train eviction incident: No charges

Scotland's Procurator Fiscal has decided not to bring charges against passenger Alan Pollock for removing a teenager from a ScotRail train at Linlithgow during a dispute over alleged fare evasion. Mr Pollock bundled 19-year-old student Sam Main off the train after a lengthy argument between the teenager and the train's ticket inspector, in which Main swore at the railway official a number of times in front of women and children.
