1. Raib is not pursuing The August 26 incident when a woman was injured during demonstrations of Leeds Horse Tram No. 107. The incident took place at The Middleton Railway's Festival of Transport (RM Headline News, October). The railway has undertaken an internal investigation. The tram, restored by Leeds Transport Historical Society, is now at Crich Tramway Museum. 2.HRH The Duke of Gloucester visited The Bluebell Railway on October 10. Accompanied by The Lord Lieutenant of East Sussex, The duke dedicated a plaque at The Bluebell's museum at Sheffield Park, Then rode to East Grinstead to view The new station.
