Winter work pays off for MNR team

The Mid-Norfolk Railway stripped the deteriorating plywood surface of the platform at Wymondham Abbey and replaced it with new slip-proof plastic-coated plywood boards in the space of five weeks of winter working. MNR volunteers have also replaced the timbers under the bay platform point at Dereham station.
