Robert (Bob) Waugh Memorial Scholarship Presents its Tenth Award

In June 2009 Mrs. Helen Waugh had the honour of presenting the tenth annual Robert (Bob) Waugh Memorial Scholarship to a high school student in Dauphin, Mb. Bob Waugh served as a member of the RCMP in Dauphin from 1960-1968 and 1970-1978. Bob was actively involved in the community of Dauphin, including the Operation Identification, Drug and Alcohol Abuse Committee, and founded the Block Parent program, as well as the Recreation and Centennial Committee, Dauphin First United Church, and the Masonic Fraternity.
