Selecting a Partner and Measuring Partnering Performance

This article, which is based on the author's presentation to the Institution's International Conference on Alliancing last year, comprises two main parts: firstly, the process of selecting a partner and secondly, how one might measure the performance of a partnering arrangement using a particular case study. It should be noted that the views in this article are just one way of managing these processes - there can be no right way established in isolation.
