Joining forces

Sharing expertise is one way that companies are seeking to beat the global economic crisis, however, another trend has been consolidation between companies. Larger companies are starting to buy up smaller companies and expanding their portfolio to meet clients' needs better. Recently, TTS Group entered into an agreement to purchase Neuenfelder Maschinenfabrik GmbH (NMF), located in Hamburg, Germany. The agreement was finalised in the first half of August.
