USC - TRANSAS JOINT VENTURE

In the summer of 2011 at the International Maritime Defence Show in St Petersburg, JSC United Shipbuilding Corporation and Transas Group signed an agreement to create a joint venture: USC - Transas. This partnership was completed in early 2012. The agreement represents a significant stage for the partnership, enabling the introduction of new technologies and equipment for ships and marine objects being built at the USC shipyards. Vessels will now boast the latest automated control systems, with simulator development of these systems being undertaken jointly in Russia and internationally.
