Congratulations on a thought provoking article (A Titanic Legacy, April 2012). The loss of Titanic continues to be headlines but surely it cannot have much life left. Although suffering similar shell damage to Titanic, Costa Concordia sank in a different manner. One sank bodily the other heeled over, the question is, was Titanic better designed in that she did not suffer from unsymetrical flooding?
