Much of the change taking place with Foran is due to developing technology and regulations, coupled with the growing power and capabilities of modern computers. This year the FORUM meeting was held in Segovia, Spain, between 11 and 13 June. Compared with previous conferences, less time was devoted to formal presentations allowing more time for users to discuss their experiences and for users and developers to discuss future needs.
