Bad Grades for Schools

These are some of the conditions many students, teachers and school administrators across America face today. Such conditions are neither new nor are they defensible. And they certainly don't enhance scholastic achievement or human health. The physical character of schools can have as much effect on learning as textbooks and teachers, according to many academic experts.
