Conti Federal Services Inc. won a contract from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) for construction work in the Westbank Vicinity of New Orleans, La., as part of the area's overall hurricane protection program. The work involves upgrading the structural integrity of roadways, floodgates and T-walls on the east and west sides of the Algiers Canal.
