Moving Forward to Our Centennial

The last year has been fantastic-but fast! It has been a year of great work by all our outstanding volunteer leaders and members, and it has been a privilege for me to serve as your President. I traveled as much as possible to see SAME in action, including to Japan for a great Industry Forum in Okinawa led by Col. Scott Grainger, USAF, and Art Arao, and to Germany for the Engineer Capabilities Workshop led by Capt. Rod Worden, CEC, USN and Lt. Col. Chris Knutson, USAF (Ret.). I was fortunate to attend numerous Post events across the United States, watching first-hand our members get connected on the local level. Through it all, I was so impressed by the quality and value our Society provides to government and industry partners.
