WALK THIS WAY FOR PEDESTRIAN GUIDANCE

摘要

The ILP has set up a technical committee to review TR12: Lighting of Pedestrian Crossings. The technical report was last revised in 1997 and provides guidance on the approach for evaluating the lighting required in locations where pedestrians are encouraged to cross the road. However, the fast-changing urban landscape, especially smart and connected lighting, digitisation and changing automotive and lighting technologies, has meant the ILP has decided it is time to revisit the guidance.
