With Republicans expected to retake control of the House in today's mid-term elections, leading ethanol lobbying group Growth Energy Monday named Jim Nussle, former GOP congressman from Iowa and director of the White House Office of Management and Budget under President George W. Bush, as its new president and chief operating officer.
