Wisconsin Limits Local Rules On Wind Farm Siting

After months of public comment and debate, the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin announced final wind siting rules that set parameters on restrictions that local governments in the state can impose on wind farms of less than 100 megawatts to address noise, setback and "shadow flicker" concerns of affected residents.
