Stepping up pressure on the White House to delay the Environmen-ntal Protection Agency’s proposed new national ambient air quality stan-ndard for ground-level ozone, 175 companies and industry and business ngroups led by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Thursday urged President nObama to delay the rules until at least 2013, saying the struggling U.S. neconomy can ill-afford the regulation.
