Arizona Public Service becomes third utility to join the EIM

In another major expansion of the fast-growing renewable energy trading mar­ket serving western states, Arizona Public Service Co. announced Monday it will join the energy imbalance market recently launched by the California Independent System Operator and PacifiCorp., mark­ing the third large utility to sign up for the first-of-its-kind initiative.
