Holyrood lays out plans to cut carbon by two thirds

The Scottish government has laid out plans to cut its carbon footprint by 66% by 2032. Its draft climate change plan, set before the Scottish parliament on 19 January, will be scrutinised until 20 March after which the final document will be published.1 It is intended to fulfill an objective set in law in October.
