On a wall in Havana stands a pot of excrement, almost twice a man's height. "Helms-Burton", says a slogan on the pot, "one and the same". Other cartoons on this giant mural painted along La Rampa, the nearest Havana comes to a main shopping street, pitch the message with the same crude hand. Hitler screams "Heil Helms," as Uncle Sam strangles Cuba saying, "you'll just have to put up with it. Then I'll bring humanitarian aid."
