Nestle buys into Chinese food canner Yinlu

Swiss food giant Nestle has purchased a 60 percent stake in Chinese food canner Yinlu Foods Group.rnThe agreement builds on previous collaboration between the two companies, as Yinlu is a co-manufacturer of Nestle's ready-to-drink Nescafe coffee in China.rnYinlu, which achieved sales in 2010 of around US$837 million, will continue to be led by its chairman Chen Qingyuan.
