The goal of this year's survey is to highlight recent developments in cyberspace law, a broad discipline that encompasses a wide range of issues related to the Internet and digital technologies. As usual, the breadth of this survey's coverage is great, as it examines recent developments in electronic contracting, electronic payments, data management and privacy, and a preview of the new world of electronic mortgages.
